What kind of supporting documents do I need to submit to apply for a badge?

Please submit ONE of the following documents to prove that you work in the film industry:
1) A certificate of employment issued within three (3) months from the date of application
(must contain the official seal/signature of the representative and the issue date)
- We do NOT accept business cards or employee ID cards as supporting documents.
- If you work for a newly registered company (organization), please submit the company profile and a list of recent film-related projects, in addition to the certificate of employment.
2) Filmography and proof of work history in film production, film promotion, film distribution, or film investment (e.g. lMDb links & Captured images of end credits)

*The article must be related to film, video, or culture and written by the applicant within the past six months.
*The file of the article (PDF or JPG) must show the full text, media outlet name, journalist’s name, and publication date.

ⓑAn official confirmation letter from the editor-in-chief featuring media information, full name and position of the journalist
*Applicants who are issued a badge in the current year will be subject to relaxed submission requirements for the following five years.
*New applicants must submit both (2-1)proof of publication and (2-2)supporting document of professional activity.
3. General Information & Important Notes
※ If the required supporting documents are not attached or are incorrectly attached, the accreditation may be rejected, and the applicant shall bear responsibility.
※ Consent is obtained for the collection and use of personal information in the supporting documents required for Press Badge issuance. For Press Badge recipients, the submitted supporting documents will be retained for five years.

※ Returning badge applicants must also submit supporting documents to apply for a badge. Please note that we do not retain the documents submitted for badge registration for previous editions of the JEONJU IFF (excluding press badge applicants).
What is the format of the photo for the application?
Your photo is used for identification purposes and must be :
- Taken in color
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera including the top of the shoulders
- Hat, Headphones, or Sunglasses are not allowed
- Taken within the last 6 months
- File format: jpg
- File Size: 360 W X 480 H pixels, at least 200 dpi, less than 1MB

Can I change my personal details after the registration?
In order to produce badges and arrange service, your personal information cannot be modified after submission.
If you need to make any changes, please contact the person in charge.
