When is the badge registration period and how much does a badge cost?

What kind of supporting documents do I need to submit to apply for a badge?
1) GUEST
Please submit ONE of the following documents to prove that you work in the film industry:
① A certificate of employment issued within three (3) months from the date of application (must contain the official seal/signature of the representative and the issue date)
- We do NOT accept business cards or employee ID cards as supporting documents.
- If you work for a newly registered company (organization), please submit the company profile and a list of recent film-related projects, in addition to the certificate of employment.
② Filmography and proof of work history in film production, film promotion, film distribution, or film investment (e.g. IMDB links, captured images of end credits)
2) PRESS
Please submit both types of documentation (proof of media affiliation and proof of publication).
1. Supporting document of professional activity ① or ② (Choose one) :
① A copy of a press card
② An official confirmation letter from the editor-in-chief featuring media information, the full name and position of the journalist
2. Proof of publication:
An example of evidence of “film/video/culture” related articles written within the past 6 months ① or ② (Choose one):
① URL link
② photo of the articles(PDF or JPG file of the article carrying the full text, media outlet name, journalist name, and publication date)
※ Even if you have previously submitted supporting documents, please make sure to attach them again when accreditation.
※ We obtain consent for personal information regarding the supporting documents for PRESS badge issuance.
For those who are accredited for a Press badge, the submitted supporting documents will be kept for 5 years.
3) INDUSTRY
Please submit ONE of the following documents to prove that you work in the film industry:

※ Failure to submit the required documentation may result in rejection of your application. Applicants are responsible for the consequences of failing to submit the correct documentation for badge registration.
※ Returning visitors must also submit the required supporting documents to apply for a badge. Please note that we do not retain the documents submitted for badge registration for previous editions of the JEONJU IFF.
When and where can I pick up my badge?

※ Mobile badges will be issued by default.
Physical badges will be available only to the
registrants who indicated that they want to receive a physical badge at the time of registration.
※ Please present your ID to pick up your badge. Please note that the registrant must pick up the badge in person.
※ Badges cannot be transferred or loaned to others.
What is the format of the photo for the application?
Your photo is used for identification purposes and must be :
- Taken in color
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera including the top of the shoulders
- Hat, Headphones, or Sunglasses are not allowed
- Taken within the last 6 months
- File format: jpg
- File Size: 360 W X 480 H pixels, at least 200 dpi, less than 1MB
※ If an error occurs, please try again by changing the file name or using another photo.
I lost my badge. / I left my badge at home.
You should show badge when you get tickets or enter the screenings. Please remember to keep the badge with you.
If your badge has been damaged or lost, you can re-issue a new one at the Guest center. There is a KRW 10,000 fee to re-issue it.
Can I change my personal details after the registration?
In order to produce badges and arrange service, your personal information cannot be modified after submission.

I applied for the badge, but I did not receive the approval email.
1) If you enter email accounts including hanmail.net / daum.net / kakao.com, emails from the JEONJU IFF are automatically blocked and treated as spam mail.
So please do NOT use the three email accounts above.
