※ Badge registration is only open to groups of ten (10) or more. Not available for graduates. Pre-Registration ONLY (no onsite registration).

※ Only on-site payment is available. Please complete your badge payment at the Guest Center during the festival period.
※ The entire process (from badge application to registration) must be completed within the registration period.
※ Please apply for a badge sooner than later, as your application may not be approved on the last day of registration.

1) GUEST
Please submit ONE of the following documents to prove that you work in the film industry:
① A certificate of employment issued within three (3) months from the date of application (must contain the official seal/signature of the representative and the issue date)
- We do NOT accept business cards or employee ID cards as supporting documents.
- If you work for a newly registered company (organization), please submit the company profile and a list of recent film-related projects, in addition to the certificate of employment.
② Filmography and proof of work history in film production, film promotion, film distribution, or film investment (e.g. IMDB links, captured images of end credits)

2) PRESS
Please submit one of the following documents to prove that you work for a media company:
① A certificate of employment issued within three (3) months from the date of application (must contain the official seal/signature of the representative and the issue date)
- We do NOT accept business cards or employee ID cards as supporting documents.
② One (1) or more articles published with your name within three (3) months from the date of application.
③ One (1) or more articles on the JEONJU IFF published with your name within three (3) months from the date of application
※ If you are submitting an article as a supporting document, it must be submitted as a PDF or a JPG file and contain all of the following: full text of the article, publishing media company name, your name as an author, and the publication date.

3) INDUSTRY
Please submit ONE of the following documents to prove that you work in the film industry:
① A certificate of employment issued within three (3) months from the date of application (must contain the official seal/signature of the representative and the issue date)
- We do NOT accept business cards or employee ID cards as supporting documents.
- If you work for a newly registered company (organization), please submit the company profile and a list of recent film-related projects, in addition to the certificate of employment.
② Filmography and proof of work history in film production, film promotion, film distribution, or film investment (e.g. IMDB links, captured images of end credits)

※ Failure to submit the required documentation may result in rejection of your application. Applicants are responsible for the consequences of failing to submit the correct documentation for badge registration.
※ Returning visitors must also submit the required supporting documents to apply for a badge. Please note that we do not retain the documents submitted for badge registration for previous editions of the JEONJU IFF.

※ Mobile badges will be issued by default. Physical badges will be available only to the registrants who indicated that they want to receive a physical badge at the time of registration.
※ Please present your ID to pick up your badge. Please note that the registrant must pick up the badge in person.
※ Badges cannot be transferred or loaned to others.

Your photo is used for identification purposes and must be :
     - Taken in color
     - Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera including the top of the shoulders
     - Hat, Headphones, or Sunglasses are not allowed
     - Taken within the last 6 months
     - File format: JPG
     - File Size: 360 W X 480 H pixels, at least 150~200 dpi, less than 1MB
※ If an error occurs, please try again by changing the file name or using another photo.

You should show badge when you get tickets or enter the screenings. Please remember to keep the badge with you. If your badge has been damaged or lost, you can re-issue a new one at the Guest center. There is a KRW 10,000 fee to re-issue it.

In order to produce badges and arrange service, your personal information cannot be modified after submission. If you need to change anything, please contact the person in charge. (+82 (0)63-280-7901 / badge@jeonjufest.kr)

1) If you enter email accounts including hanmail.net / daum.net / kakao.com, emails from the JEONJU IFF are automatically blocked and treated as spam mail.
So please do NOT use the three email accounts above.
