How to get a mobile badge
Install the official JEONJU IFF application(iOS, Android)
Select the 'login icon

' on the upper right side
Select the 'Badge Guest' tab to enter information and log in
Click the 'Mypage icon

- Badge issuer's name, email, and badge number are required when check the mobile badge.

④ Enter your name, mail address, and password guided in your mail

- GUEST, PRESS, INDUSTRY, and SPONSOR badges can be picked up at the Guest Center.
- PRESS Daily Pass can be issued after submitting your business card and verifying your affiliation at the Press Center.
- The Guest Center is only open to badge holders, so please be sure to wear your badge when entering (except for guests who pick up their badges).
- You can check your mobile badge on the official application and JEONJU IFF badge website.
- Badge issuer's name, email, and badge number are required when check the mobile badge.

Badge Rules
- Please make sure to bring your ID as it will be asked for when you pick up your badge. (cannot be done by someone else)
- The badge issued is for your use only and cannot be given or borrowed by anyone else.
- If your badge is lost or defaced, you can apply for a replacement at the Guest Center for KRW 10,000.
Badge Ticketing
Badge ticketing is only available for same-day and next-day screenings, online and on-site.
Badge ticketing is available from 9:00 on the day before screening, both online and on-site.
- Screenings on April 28 (Fri) are available from 9:00 on the same day
Badge holders can reserve one ticket per screening, up to four tickets per day on the same day and for the next day.
- If the screening code is different, you may reserve several tickets for the same film.
Tickets are not issued for opening and closing ceremonies and some Program Events, such as Midnight Screening, JEONJU Talk! Talk!, VR Cinema.
If you have reserved a Master Class or Meet Class with a badge, the Goods are not provided.

Notes on Badge Ticketing
When booking online (mobile), you can enter the cinema with a mobile ticket without a printed ticket.
Once seats for badge holders are all booked, no additional tickets will be available, and the Wait Line will be open ten minutes after the start of the screening, depending on the availability and number of remaining seats.
Cancellations after booking with a badge can be made up to 30 minutes before the screening, printed tickets’ cancellation is only available at the Ticket Box.
Your badge and tickets booked with your badge can only be used by you, and you may be asked to show your badge when you enter the cinema with tickets booked with your badge.
- If you don’t have a badge or if you’re not the person shown on the badge, you will not be able to book tickets and enter the cinema.
