How to Get a Mobile Badge
Download the official JEONJU IFF mobile app(iOS, Android).

- Guest, Press, Industry, and Sponsor Badges can be picked up at the Guest Center (J Lounge 1F)
- The Guest Lounge (2F, J Lounge) is open to badge holders only. Please wear your badge at all times when entering. (If you did not apply for a physical badge, a mobile badge is required for entry.)
Badge Rules
- Please make sure to bring your ID as it will be asked for when you pick up your badge. (cannot be done by someone else)
- The badge issued is for your use only and cannot be given or borrowed by anyone else.
- If your badge is lost or defected, you can apply for a replacement at the Guest Center (J Lounge 1F) for 10,000 KRW.

Badge Ticketing
Badge holders can book tickets with their badge online(mobile/app) and on-site for the same day or the next-day screenings.
Complimentary tickets are available for a booking starting at 9:00 the day before the screening (except Apr 29, the opening day)
1 complimentary ticket is available per screening, up to four per day.
- No more than one (1) ticket will be issued a day for the same film.
Opening/Closing Ceremonies, Midnight Screenings, JEONJU Talk! Talk!, Free Screenings are not available for complimentary tickets.
Online Booking
- To book a ticket via mobile, please unblock pop-ups on your mobile browser.
Unblocking pop-ups may differ depending on the mobile device. Please check how to unblock pop-ups for your device and proceed.

- Open the JEONJU IFF badge website and select Ticketing at the top.
- Fill in your information and select Ticketing.
- Book your complimentary tickets.
Official App(mobile)
- Download the official JEONJU IFF mobile app(iOS, Android).
- Open the app and select Sign in icon on the upper right.
- Select Badge Guest tab to fill in information and sign in.
- Select Ticket tab and book your complimentary tickets.
- To book your complimentary tickets via the website or mobile app, we need your badge info(name, email address, and badge number).

Notes on Badge Ticketing
Please use online(mobile/app) booking whenever possible.
- When booking online(mobile/app), you can enter the cinema with a mobile ticket without a printed ticket.
Cancellation or refund is possible at the Box Offices up to 60 minutes before the screening. (Please bring your tickets and badge.)
Your badge and the complimentary tickets can only be used by yourself. The staff may ask you to show your badge when entering the cinema.
- If you don’t have a badge or if you’re using another person’s badge, the staff may prohibit your complimentary ticket booking or cinema entrance.
If the seats reserved for badge holders are sold out, complimentary tickets cannot be issued.
Badge Wait Line Regulations
- Badge Wait Line will be operated regardless of ticket availability. (Except at Jeonbuk National University Samsung Arts Center)
- After entry for ticket holders is completed up to 10 minutes after the screening starts, Badge Wait Line attendees will be admitted sequentially based on remaining seat availability.
- Entry may be restricted if no seats remain.
Press Wait Line Regulations
- A Press Wait Line for press will be operated during GVs and program events held within screening venues, including Master Class and Cinema Conversation.
- Press Wait Line is available only to Press Badge holders.
- After ticket holders are admitted, remaining seats will be allocated to Press Wait Line attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Entry may be restricted if no seats remain.
