How to Get a Mobile Badge
Download the official JEONJU IFF mobile app(iOS, Android).
Select Sign in

- To confirm your mobile badge, we need your badge info(name, email address, and badge number).

- GUEST, PRESS, INDUSTRY and SPONSOR badges can be picked up at the Guest Center.
- PRESS Daily Pass can be issued after submitting your business card and verifying your affiliation at the Press Center. - The Guest Center is only open to badge holders, so please be sure to wear your badge when entering (except for guests who pick up their badges).
Badge Rules
- Please make sure to bring your ID, as it will be checked when you pick up your badge. (ID must be presented by the ID holder themselves)
- The issued badge is for your use only, and cannot be given or borrowed by anyone else.
- If your badge is lost or defected, you can apply for a replacement at the Guest Center for 10,000 KRW.

Badge Ticketing
Badge holders can book tickets with their badge online(PC/mobile) and on-site for the same day or the next-day screenings.
Complimentary tickets are available for a booking starting at 09:00 the day before the screening (except May 1, the opening day)
1 complimentary ticket is available per screening, up to four per day.
- Booking different tickets for each screening code is available, for the same film.
Opening/Closing Ceremonies, Midnight Screenings, JEONJU Talk! Talk!, JEONJU Cinetour X Music, PIXAR Screenings, Free Screenings are not available for complimentary tickets.
Online Booking
- To book a ticket via mobile, please unblock pop-ups on your mobile browser.
Unblocking pop-ups may differ depending on the mobile device. Please check how to unblock pop-ups for your device and proceed.

- Open the JEONJU IFF badge website and select TICKETING at the top.
- Fill in your information and select Ticketing.
- Book your complimentary tickets.
Official App(mobile)
- Download the official JEONJU IFF mobile app(iOS, Android).
- Open the app and select Sign in icon on the upper right.
- Select Badge Guest tab to fill in information and sign in.
- Select Ticket tab and book your complimentary tickets.

Notes on Badge Ticketing
Please use online(PC/mobile) booking whenever possible.
- When booking online(PC/mobile), you can enter the cinema with a mobile ticket without a printed ticket.
Cancellation or refund is possible at the Box Offices up to 30 minutes before the screening. (Please bring the tickets)
Your badge and the complimentary tickets can only be used by yourself. The staff may ask you to show your badge when entering the cinema.
- If you don’t have a badge or if you’re using another person’s badge, the staff may prohibit your complimentary ticket booking or cinema entrance.
Once seats for badge holders are all booked, no additional tickets will be available. The Wait Line will open 10 minutes after the start of the screening, depending on the availability and number of remaining seats.

- You can pick up your printed badge and welcome package at the Guest Center. There are also badge ticket supports, info desks, and a PC zone available.

- All programs are exclusive for the 25th JEONJU IFF badge holders. (Free of charge, ACADEMY badge holders excluded)
- The programs have limited attendee slots and are available on a first-come, first-seated basis.
